I almost didn’t stop here, because I had never heard of it, and I am on a road trip, so I didn’t want to take a chance on getting something that I wouldn’t like.
But I am so glad I did.
That was the most life-changing burrito I’ve ever had in my life.
I wasn’t prepared for how amazing that thing was gonna come out looking.
I could only eat half, and that was a struggle to finish.
So delicious.
Super clean restaurant, insanely nice and helpful staff (I forgot my glasses and the woman went out of her way to read out the ingredients of the burrito for me.So kind, who does that?) Hope I’m back in this area again so I can come back and try something else ugh thank you guys so much!

This place has some of the very best birria tacos.
Food is always fresh and flavorful. Erik is always very friendly and greets with a smile.

The atmosphere within the restaurant was very modern with cozy jazz.
The seats were very clean.
I ordered the empanadas and the birria taco.
The empanadas were flaky and crunchy.
The chicken within the empanada was juicy.
The guacamole was savory and the cheese sauce was creamy.
The birria taco with the consome was flavorful and impactful.
It could’ve been spicier
