Taco Bueno

This was our first time getting food from Taco Bueno for several years.
After seeing the condition of our tacos, we remembered why we haven’t been.
We ordered the “Wholelotta Box” and the taco shells were so bare, it should be renamed the “Wholelotta Nothing Box”.
Out of the twelve tacos we received, 2 could barely pass for a decent taco.
The other 10 were sorely lacking.
They were basically shells with lettuce.
The rice and beans looked and tasted as though they were 3 days old and had just been stuck under a warmer.
The entire experience and quality was incredibly disappointing.
The only good thing about the visit was the interaction with employees during the ordering process.

I went through the drive thru on my lunch break and I could faintly hear someone on the speaker and I sat there for a moment but nothing but a whisper so I pulled up to the window.
The lady taking my order thought I was the lady behind me and I said no one could hear me and I couldn’t hear so I pulled up.
She takes my order and I ordered beef nachos and a side of queso.
I will post a photo of what I got.
I’m super disappointed because this location is normally really good.

Went to Taco Bueno last night and went through the drive through.
Went in through the lobby to request my missing item.
When I walked in the lady looked back at me and said in Spanish to make a soft beef taco.
She the.
Greeted me and I told her I was missing a soft beef taco and her response was "I know".
If you know then why wasn't it in the bag when you served us our food? Based on the other reviews there appears to be a history of this location missing items which tells me since she knew my items were missing that they're doing this intentionally.
