I am so disgusted & highly disappointed.I went to your location on July 3, 2024 at 9pm went through the drive thru because lobby was closed.Once I got my food I pulled up to the glass window to check my food to make sure I had everything & that my order was correct.While doing so I look inside the lobby and see two rats on the lobby table.The Caucasian male with glasses proceeds to put both rats on his shoulders and walked to the back of the store and comes back with a blue rag and began to clean off the table.Him and a young girl were playing and kissing the rats while they were on the table.I called the phone and was placed on hold no one ever came back to the phone so I pulled back into the drive thru & asked for a refund.I also asked the lady in the drive thru if the manager was aware of the rats in the lobby she told me yes they are an employees pet and was very non chalant about it.I am highly upset because I am a frequent Taco Bell customer due to me being an vegetarian.I WILL NEVER BE BACK VERY UNSANITARY LOCATION 🤮
I am a contractor to pick up and deliver food.On 6/21/24 at 7:30pm The inside was closed, so I had to go through the drive thru.The store is never open on the inside.I see an employee (Caucasian male, with glasses) hanging out of the drive thru window petting someone’s dog that was in the car in front of me.He then close the drive thru window and comes back with nacho chips and starts feeding the dog the chips and gave the owner the bag of chips.When I pulled up to the window, this male was still at the driver thru window and had not washed his hands or anything.That’s not sanitary.You work with food and you’re petting an animal while serving people.I will never eat at this Taco Bell.If this person was that bold to do something disgusting like that with a line full of customers than I’m sure inside of the store isn’t clean and/or sanitized.
