Most who know me and my food preferences know I could eat tacos every day, Taco bell tacos to be specific.This experience has ruined that.This meal was so awful, I'm tagging out the taco game...no exaggeration. It started with the rude drive-through lady, then it was the food.They didn't give me all my order, my fries were so hard it tasted as if they were from the previous day, and my tacos were soggy and put together with no care.Adding, they tasted like sour cheese. I respectfully requested my money back and was given a 5 off coupon, which means I need to order more food to use.Nah, I'm good on that. I'd like my money returned!!! Minus the drink, the drink was good.
Waited in drive thru awhile while no one said wait or recognized me.New chicken taco was good.Made sloppy and packaged even worse.The sauce was the best part.Not worth the wait or money, but it looked like real chicken this time.
Typical taco bell that struggles with comprehension and doesn't change their gloves.As a former restaurant manager I pay attention to glove contamination.Most places don't care, so if you're a germiphobe don't come here. I relayed the specifications of my order to the cashier so that my order wouldn't be messed up and I could go back to the highway sooner.The cashier didn't relay my message and it cost me another 7 minutes or so.In that time span I've seen so much glove contamination.Someone took a phone call and just went back to making food...my food.This is just their culture it seems.No one changed gloves and the pace doesn't seem great. But what do I know I'm just a traveler 🤷🏾♂️ Stay gold pony boy
