Taco Bell

I’ve come here 4 times in the last month and a half.
Each time I get the Catina chicken bowl because it’s my favorite.
Each time I came, I got a different cashier.
The first and second times were very pleasant.
The names on the receipts were Christopher and Jordan.
Both were kind, I loved the way she was helpful.
I would recommend talking to those two.
The third and fourth time I went, were very unpleasant experiences.
The third time, the name on the receipt was Shantaye.
She was very loud and rude.
She gave off an energy that she didn’t want you to be there.
What makes it so worse, she’s a manager.
The forth time, the name on the receipt was Aniyah.
She had an attitude, annoyance tone, and she rolled her eyes.
These two are supposed to represent the store and both completely failed at that! EDIT: Came on 06/16 and ordered the Catina chicken bowl.
Food was good.
Seemed like they slapped the food on there though.
I sat inside the dining room for the first time…NEVER AGAIN! Will stick to the drive thru.
One they took absolutely FOREVER and two, when sitting at the table by the window, there were at least 3 small/baby ROACHES.
It’s not my job to tell them.
Luckily I was almost finished with my food when I noticed.
I was disgusted and got up immediately! It’s their job to know what goes on in their workplaces.
I mean its a FOOD ESTABLISHMENT for Gods sake!

*May 1st 2024 at about 8 PM* Friendly service and not too long of a wait, and treat everyone well (well at least when I was there) Food was great, and even got hooked up because of a small error of forgetting, that he ( maybe the manager) fixed right away.
Good experience and I'd definitely go back.

I would give zero if I could.
Every time I order for my son and daughter at the drive thru, the taco pack, they get it wrong.
It happens even if they change to a different person to understand better.
This time, she repeated my order correctly back to me.
(3 soft beef tacos, 3 hard beef tacos, and 6 soft chicken tacos with only cheese).Of course it's wrong...
I received 2 soft beef tacos, with lettuce and cheese; 2 hard chicken tacos, with lettuce and cheese;8 soft chicken with cheese....REALLY, I'M DONE! This has happened about 4 times.
Same Taco Bell.
