I’ve only been here 4 times since i moved to this area.
Each time i’ve came it was a bad experience.
The sad part is it’s the shift leads that are rude to customers.
I used to work at Taco Bell and that’s completely unacceptable.
The last occurrence which is the reason why I will be driving to the other one on Kings Canyon now is because Your shift lead forgot to hand me back my debit card.
Now i guess you could say it’s my fault for not asking for it but it completely slipped my mind when that shift lead gave me my food at the window.
Maybe it would’ve helped if she had greeted me or even said anything to me at all.
But she took my card then handed me my food and closed the window so i drove off.
When i called in about it after i got off work, the night shift lead gave me attitude.
He answered and I asked if anyone had left a card there? He replied “don’t you mean lost?” When i asked about my card again he said he couldn’t look for it because he just got in and the morning shift the ones he said would know about it are now clocked out.
He stated he was a manager by the way.
I hung up and drove directly to this location and guess what? That same shift lead gave me my card and sang a different tune now that a camera was in his face.
This is completely unacceptable honestly.
Very displeased with this location’s customer service and Since i worked for taco bell before i’m strongly considering going to the store manager or even higher.
This location needs to do better.

Went inside to use the restroom first.
Very short-staffed so it was a wait.
Waited again to order.
I ordered just a LG drink but it was out in the lobby so I had to wait again so they could get my drink from DT.
I understand being short staffed, but assign at least one person to be front help instead of waiting for someone, anyone, no-one.

Thier was only 1 customer and they had the worst service I bout about 4 full combos and only got 1 sauce for each of my tacos and quesadilla and I asked for more and they said we did give u some in ur bags and they act like they own the food chain worst Taco Bell ever
