September 24, 2024Taco Bell in Memphis has its ups and downs. 🌮
I visited recently and experienced a bit of a wait, but the soft tacos were on point! However, the drive-thru was a bit chaotic, and I could understand the frustration of others waiting behind me.
There's only one drink option, which was a letdown, and I wish they’d open the dining area during busy hours. Still, the kids loved their freezes - when they're working! I appreciate the fresh food, but some staff could use a refresher on customer service...
Hopefully, they'll improve soon! 🍹
