It could have been a whole lot better than it was.The cheese sauce that I had was old.The chips were old and stale.Taco Bell is one of my favorite restaurants, but if I continue to get food like this, I have to find myself a new favorite restaurant.

Employee Jessica said she had just started after getting smart because I asked what came with a certain meal because I couldn't see it (due to blurry vision from a disability).Manager confirmed that Jessica was lying and had worked there for a while.Manager also got her off of the drive thru took my order and reassured me that everything would be fine.Shout out to her manager.Jessica should be fired asap or on toilet duty because she's an all over rude and inconsiderate person and probably just as ugly as her attitude

Hi, On my most recent visit, I patronized the Taco Bell at 2183 Frayser Blvd, Memphis, TN 38127 on 2/20/2024 around 9:30pm.I was given food that was old and could have made me sick.It was an outright health violation.The Nacho Bell Grandes that I ordered were made with stale chips.When I returned to the store for a refund, the manager refused to issue a refund, claiming the best she could do was remake the food. What good would it do to remake the food if it was stale? I insisted on a refund in which she declined again and slammed the drive thru window.The store manager was rather rude and even called the police to make a false report because I refused to pull away from the window and demanded a refund. The manager even solicited her staff members to take part in the false claims that I threatened her.I informed them that making a false report to the police can get them in trouble and that I had recorded the interaction.The manager ended up not making mention of that supposed threat to the police once they arrived.This was a serious manner.Had I not had video, this could have caused me some serious distress. This was poor service and management at its finest and the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had.This Taco Bell needs training on ethics and customer service.This is the 2nd time as of recent that I have had poor service specifically with this store manager not wanting to issue refunds because of lackluster service.
