Normally, I just drive through, but I have always got exactly what I've ordered, and the people who have worked the drive-through have been kind and professional.
I am always happy with my service there.
Four stars for the atmosphere as I just don't get the color scheme, but that's not important...
it's fast food! Anyway, this location is great.

Would give them a lower rating if I could.
We arrived at 11:45 pm on a Monday night.
The person running the drive through said their computer is down.
We asked if we should wait and they said no.
They didn't offer us the ability to use our app, cash, or anything.
Being that they close at 2 am, I thought it was necessary to notify management that their employee was not working for at LEAST the past 2 and a half hours of their shift.
I highly doubt there was a computer issue and that they were just blowing time on their phone.

Customer 'dis'-service, really.
The lady at the counter on 12/2/23 @10 pm (dine-in) really did not want to work.
We had 2 orders, of 4-6 items each in them.
And one item from each order was missing.
When I went back to ask for them, she said she didn't know and didn't want to do anything about it even though she checked the orders.
She seemed to be in a hurry to leave and acted like I should be ok with 2 missing items!!! Shd kept looking at her phone and blamed the cooks, saying they are new.
But isn't it her job to make sure the items in the bag are complete order? I don't see her being the emoyee of the month any time soon.
