If you’re searching for the best paella in Madrid, Taberna del Olivo won't disappoint! We indulged in the seafood paella, which was absolutely delightful - rich with flavors and perfectly cooked rice that was al dente. We also enjoyed the grilled octopus and fried chicken wings, both were fantastic accompaniments. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, enhanced by excellent service from our friendly waiter, Eduardo. Can't wait to try their black ink paella next time. A truly satisfying experience! 🌊
