I recently enjoyed a lovely dinner at Sushi Spot Eureka. The outdoor seating is a fantastic choice, especially with those charming string lights making the ambiance quite cozy. I tried the Apple Crunch Vegetarian Roll, which was refreshing and incredibly satisfying. They also have an impressive beer selection to pair with your meal. Lisa, our server, was attentive and made the experience even better. Just a small note: I wish they were open for lunch, as it would make it easier to dine more often. Overall, a delightful find! 🍣
