Sushi Madre is my go-to for Asian fusion in Laredo! The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make every visit special. 🙌

I highly recommend the Ximena Roll - it was bursting with flavor and beautifully plated. The Shahram Roll, with its spicy chile serrano twist, took my breath away!

However, they occasionally forget the ginger for delivery orders... but the manager, Eduardo, was great in resolving my mix-up.

Their cucumber lemonade is a must-try! Definitely a place to indulge your sushi cravings! 🍣✨
