Sushi Lounge

Absolutely amazing food.
Went on a Friday night and service was friendly and prompt.
We tried dim sum, sushi, and beef tappanyaki.
Sushi was extremely fresh, which you could tell from the taste.
This is a hidden gem in Tucson that you must try if you love this kind of cuisine.
Can’t wait to go back and try more items.
Atmosphere is a little warm and dated and not a great area, but the food more than makes up for it and kind service.
Hard to find both things nowadays.

This place was a great find! When you enter and sit down, you'll be greeted by a lot of menus which can be a bit overwhelming, but you will want to try everything on the menu. If you go on Saturday or Sunday, you get offered a dim sum menu and those are the jackpot.
We got some pork buns from the menu and they were amazing.
They were so soft but cooked to perfection and they are now the standard for any buns going forward. Their sushi was also amazing.
The portions are just right and the wait was not long at all.
We had the an eel roll and a California tempura (we had another roll with flakes and crab but can't remember what it was).
I would probably prefer the baked California roll, but that is just because I prefer the spicy mayo on top. Please give this place a try! I will come back with my girlfriend and hopefully have some insight on the vegetarian options!
