Sushi & Buey offers a lovely blend of cozy vibes and diverse menu options. The Temaki Hand rolls are a must-try, bursting with flavor. I also enjoyed the panko shrimp and the vibrant gyoza, both served hot and fresh. The staff were attentive, making the dining experience delightful, though the seating could be a bit more comfortable for longer stays. Don't miss out on their lunch menu; it's a great value at just 15€. I’ll be back for sure! 🍣
