Sushi Boat offers a delightful sushi experience in Calgary. The unique concept of choosing from a circulating boat makes dining here fun and interactive. My favorites were the hand rolls and the Don rice bowl – both bursting with flavor and freshness! The ambiance is soothing, enhanced by a lovely water feature. While the service was friendly, it could have been faster. Overall, it's a great spot for sushi lovers, and I'm excited to return when the patio opens! 🍣
