September 19, 2024I stopped by Sus Hi Eatstation and was pleasantly surprised by the vibe - it definitely has fast food sushi feels! 🍣 I tried the Lava Burst roll for $14, which didn’t blow me away as the rice felt a bit dry, but I appreciated the unique concept of fresh-prepared rolls.
The miso soup, however, was a standout - rich and flavorful! I also loved the cute boxes they use for takeout. I will definitely return to explore more of their custom bowls and fried sushi options, despite a few hiccups. Overall, it’s a fun spot for a quick sushi fix! 😊
