I recently visited Subway on Lakeshore Ave, and I was a bit surprised to discover it's permanently closed.

While it had a unique lakeside charm and more seating than typical Subways, I remember enjoying their well-made footlongs, especially the turkey and avocado! 🥑

Despite mixed service experiences before, when I visited, the sandwich was fresh and satisfying. The atmosphere was lively, and although I faced some hiccups with staff's attentiveness, the price points were excellent given the location.

If it ever opens again, I might give it another shot! 🌟
