I love this Subway and the way the owner run her shifts.
It’s always a vibe when we go in and the owner there.
She definitely make sure her customers have fun while buying.
This store definitely a 10/10

I came in the store at 9:10pm and the staff did not acknowledge me whatsoever and would not make my food.
The service was very disappointing I ended up leaving. Yes, in response to you I was indeed On my phone to get my spouses order.
So if they greeted me and were ready to take my order why did I walk Out empty handed ? They were busy conversing among themselves.
It’s also recommended to have staff willing and ready to assist customers.
But I thank you for your reply.

You walked in at 9:19 pm.

I’m very big on customer service and take it very serious.
I rewind the cameras and listen to all audio when this happens.
I appreciate my employees for greeting you as they greet every customer that comes in.
It’s highly recommended to place your order while not on the phone.
All three employees greeted you as you walked through the door.
My male customer greeted you while you were on the phone looking at the menu you wasn’t ready to order.
You walked out empty handed by choice not because they didn’t greet you.
Customer service a priority when you walk through the door at this location.
We take customer service very seriously that’s why camera footage is always watched when something like this happens.
You’re more than welcome to see the footage and hear the entire greet from the time you walked through the door.

Great customer service, Friendly staff & very polite! Customer service take businesses a long way this subway the only subway I’ve ever visited with great customer service.
There was a lady there being very rude to the employees they continued to be so kind and polite.
That’s how you handle a miserable person.
I’ll definitely be returning.
