October 11, 2024I recently visited Subway on Troy Ave, and while the sandwich I had was fresh and packed with flavor, the experience left room for improvement. I placed a quick online order but waited quite a while to receive it. It seemed like there were staffing issues, as there was only one person handling everything. The employee was courteous but seemed overwhelmed.
Great subs, but service could definitely use a boost... 🥪
