Stopped by Subway at the Pilot Travel Center, where I was hoping for a quick and tasty bite. The casual atmosphere was inviting, and they do offer a decent range of healthy options. I tried the turkey and avocado sub, which was fresh but took longer than expected to prepare, likely due to staffing issues. The young staff seemed overwhelmed, and service could be sharper. Despite the hiccups, it’s a solid stop for a quick meal...just be prepared for potential wait times. 🍞
