I recently popped into Subway for a quick bite while on the go. The atmosphere is casual, perfect for a fast lunch. I ordered a turkey and ham sub, and it was fresh with crispy veggies. However, I found the service lacking; despite using the self-service screen, the staff insisted on taking orders at the counter, which seemed unnecessary.

While the food was tasty, the overall experience could greatly benefit from better customer engagement. Still, it’s a decent spot for a sandwich fix... 🥪
