I'm from Philadelphia, so I wasn't expecting it to be so clean and well run.We ordered ahead on the app and it was ready when we arrived.The only thing that could have been better is if they numbered our sandwiches so we could more easily tell whose they were
The lady was nice but the store was so understaffed sigh took 25 mins for her to take my order, and only 4 orders ahead She was exhausted that’s why moved so slow…
After our last experience at this subway we will not be returning.Not only did the employee make our sandwiches and wraps terribly (did not know how to roll the wraps nor how to apply condiments), but the attitude we received was quite unnecessary.To top it off there were long, straight, black hairs in our food.My sister and I have curly hair, so it could not have been ours.We will not return and do not appreciate the terrible customer service we received from Sherri (the employee previously mentioned).If I could leave no stars after this experience, I would.
