Do not allow your teenage children to work at this establishment! When they see that their employees are no longer needed they don’t give them any verbal nor written notice beforehand, they will send them a text message that they are no longer needed.
Who does this?!!! The management is terrible.
Maria and Willie are unprofessional, rude, and lack people management skills.
It seems like they were trained by the store manager Dan, who is also not much better.
They never have any adults working there, as they prefer to work morning shifts and leave the kids there unsupervised.
I had to intervene to protect my son from a man who was harassing him, and the management did nothing to help.
When I brought this issue up with Maria and Dan, Dan seemed more concerned about losing customers than ensuring the safety of his employees.
This subway has a high turnover rate and I clearly now see why.

Everything was perfect, food, service, employees are really nice.
The "manager" or possibly "DM" anglo chubby older male was in the store and kind of arrogant they should have him take a professionalisl class/workshop.other than that everything was good at this location.

terrible customer service.
If I ask for something specifically do not give me something that I did not ask for and tell me it taste similar to what I asked for.
That is not how you do business nor does that save people time coming to fast food.
