Ordered quite a large order of sub combos for delivery. Combo comes with chips and soda. Did not get the soda. Called Watervliet subway and was told that I would have to go to the store to get the sodas. I ordered delivery for a reason. Was then told to call the delivery person which was futile. No one wants to accept responsibility . Be very careful if you order delivery to check to make sure you got everything.
Ordered a tuna sub 2 scoops of tuna and schmeared across the bread 12 and change when I went to pay she said we take tips Since when do we have to tip for takeout food.I said no I'm good got the sub literally thrown in my face.I'm done for good. I'll support a small business not a billion dollar chain.
I paid for a ft long pretzel along with my 2 subs n I get to work n find out they never gave me my pretzel 🥨 tried calling them n they never answered there phones called 10 times.This is unfair because I paid for it but never got it.
