Worst subway experience EVER! I ordered over the app.I ordered 2 meals 1 meatballs sub and 1 buffalo chicken sub.When I got to the store for curbside pick up I called as it said to on the app.I called 3 times in fact with no answer.They weren't that busy so there was no reason they couldn't answer and there were multiple people working.It was a VERY simple order.I mean come on meatball and buffalo chicken.When I got it home they put meatballs and buffalo chicken sub and I found no signs of cheese at all and my meatball sub all the cheese was on one side of the sub.So since yesterday I have called them 10 times to speak to them and even wrote customer service.Customer service gave me a reply thanking me for my feed back.
Food is expensive and drinks are unreal.The staff is great and I enjoy the food.The app is kinda slow but I need the rewards.It'd be nice if they offered more deals.Especially on the Buffalo wraps.It costs 16 bucks for a Buffalo wrap and med fountain drink.I like the bogo foot long deal though that's the only reasonablely priced order there.
Food was disgusting.It was over salty, not toasted and doesn’t taste like there’s cheese on it.The subs ordered was a sweet onion terriaki and a chicken bacon ranch.Two of the grossest subs I’ve ever had.
