Store hours on the door and Google say open until 9pm.Arrived at 8:35pm, door was locked.Someone who I assume is an employee was eating at a table.She saw me trying to get in, then looked way.Please update your store hours, or your staff.
I usually go here didn’t have a problem until today I ordered a foot long Philly with double meat and I ran out to grab my wallet I have no clue what went wrong in the 1 minute I ran out but when I opened the sub it looked like something out of stranger things or they threw it in a drying machine for a couple of minutes and they did not cut it there was more mayonnaise and meat on the outside of the sandwich than inside I brought it back in to get it cut to see if they would fix this monstrosity of a sub and they thought it was perfect and handed it to me like a baby because if did not handle it like a newborn child it would immediately fall apart do not go to this subway go to glens falls or sum.
Although they seem short staffed (not employees fault), my subs are consistently good.Clean store, all food is stocked up (including cookies, chips, and drink cooler).I really appreciate the effort of the employees.Thank you!
