I recently ordered two sandwiches through the Subway app using a "Buy 1 Footlong, Get 1 Free" coupon.Upon arriving at the store in Cornwall to pick up my order, I was told by a staff member that this store does not honor the coupon. The employee informed me that if I tried to use the coupon again, they would cancel my order.This was incredibly frustrating as I had already paid for my order and made the trip to the store.If this location does not participate in certain promotions, they should coordinate with Subway to ensure their store is removed from the list of participating locations. The way the employee communicated this policy was very rude, making me feel like I was doing something wrong.I would rather have my order canceled so I can take my business to a different location that respects Subway’s promotions or another restaurant. I won’t be returning to this Subway location again.Better communication and customer service training are desperately needed here.
Service can be a bit slow as there was only 1 staff at that time.Place is clean.Staff are friendly and veggies seem fresh.. Plenty of parking
Food is okay and the place is clean but nearly $20 for a footlong combo?!!?!? I rarely eat Subway but I just can't justify that when i can get better meals elsewhere for that price.
