I am so upset!!! I understand it's hard getting workers on the weekend because ..but I have tried so many times on a Saturday to get subs around 3:30 in the afternoon..sign says open but NOONE is there! I came on a Tuesday same time!! Saw the man in the backroom, me and another lady trying to get subs. Sign says open!!! Man wouldn't answer the door! Please get new owners or JUST CLOSE DOWN!!!!
Was about to order, employee didn't smile and seemed to have an attitude/annoyed while I decided what I wanted. The employee made grumbling noises and did not handle the food with care so I change my mind and walked out. I will pass this one 👆
Placed an online order through Subway's app.When I showed up, they told me they weren't making anymore orders, despite the order being placed over an hour before their listed closing, and that I would need to contact corporate for a refund because they cannot do it in store.A waste of time.
