HANDS DOWN the most aggressively bad customer service I have ever experienced anywhere.
My boyfriend and I ordered for us and our family, 5 subs total and immediately you could tell the guy servicing us was not happy.
The first 2 subs were made alright granted they were made by an employee in training and not the guy who was servicing us.
We ordered all of our subs with american cheese but he messed up and put grated cheese on them, and when asked to fix it, gave attitude, took off half of the meat on the sub poorly scraping the cheese off and refused to remake the subs.
(there is still a lot of cheese on the sub that we did not ask for) He said that we have to specify if we want american cheese on our sub but he didn’t even ask if we wanted cheese - he just put it on at his own discretion.
Later when putting on the toppings we specified 2 or 3 times that they were all the same but he kept asking for each sub what we wanted and then got angry when he realized they were all the same.
He was shaking his head and muttering under his breath the whole time and when it came to the sauce he purposefully added EXTRA mayo when we asked for half of the normal amount because he was petty.
Additionally we were charged for the extra cheese that we did not ask for.
We got home and ranted about it and apparently every single person in our family who had gone there has had the same experience with this guy.
If you pull up and see the guy with the afro working, I would highly suggest pulling away and going to a different subway because it’s almost guaranteed that your sub will be made wrong, and you will be patronized by the employee for their own mistakes.


Yet another subway that insists on trying to make me pay extra for a sandwich i DID NOT order.
If I wanted the series I would say it.
I'm not going to be forced to pay extra for extra cheese I didn't order.
This store is absolutely not unique in this.
Subway needs to change this stupid policy of over charging immediately.


Dry rude service, tried to ask what time they open lady won’t event tell me, said we’re closed in a rude manner walked in side, at least have the courtesy to speak in a good manner with customers
