We did an app order, showed up at the time given for our order to be ready and discovered that the person working did not even start it, he ignored it and ignored people waiting in line while talking and drinking.
It took 40 minutes past the time our order should've been ready for it to be made and then it was made by a Mirabito employee, who was very nice and courteous.
I believe the worker that was on needs to be replaced by someone who at least pretends to do their job because this young man is doing a disservice to Subway by saying he works for them.
The food we did get was quite good and while I might go back to Subway, I don't think I will be back to this one until the service is better.

I visited on 4/24/24 at 5:51pm at got fast, friendly, excellent customer service by server #42!

Black People Beware - They don’t want us here!!!!! I visited 5/30 around 10:00am… First, the young lady hid behind the door, hoping I would walk away from the counter.
It was only after I remained at the counter and made eye contact with her when she peeked to see if I was still standing there.
The young lady had a visible look of annoyance on her face and her tone was condescending. I asked her what meats were served on the cold cut sandwich, she stated “bologna”, in a very condescending tone.
I asked her was that the only meat served on the sandwich, she stated “yes”.
In an attempt to diffuse the situation, I decided to order a steak sandwich to quickly remove myself as quickly as possible from the situation. This young lady then proceeds to make the sandwich while continuing to speak in this rude manner.
She over cooked the meat and bread, adds browning lettuce and the remaining condiments I asked for.
Once she finished, I asked her to cut the sandwich in half, she gives me an annoyed look.
The sandwich was placed on the counter and before I paid, I decided to press down on the bread to feel how hard it was.
I politely told her that the bread was toasted too hard.
I told her I wouldn’t be paying for this.
This lady, proceeds to roll and cut her eyes at me; while walking away.
She proceeded to tell me she would make another, declined.
At that point I believe she realized that her actions were unprofessional, she then stated very quickly “I’ll make it again”, stated “I’m good”.
I paid the cashier for my chips and then left store.
I shouldn’t have purchased anything. In my experience her action’s clearly demonstrated an underlying issue.
My professional experience in the culinary, f&b, hospitality and customer service fields which spans over 30 years allows me to make this assessment.
Also, my extensive work history which includes serving as a board appointed Chief Executive Officer and post secondary culinary arts / hospitality management instructor. I know the difference between someone who is having a bad day and someone treating you differently because of the color of your skin. I should have known from the dirty looks when I walked in, they didn’t want me there.
It’s upstate New York!!!!
