Tried to use a coupon, subs were made and they said they can't accept the coupon...the coupon had no such exclusions for what they told me (and could be used in the app, how does that make sense?!?), so they wasted 3 subs which also baffles me! The young blond girl is who we interacted with, absolutely snotty and miserable.Does Mexico subway make their own rules and not accept corporate coupons?!
Honestly we order her every couple weeks and we usually have a good experience.We typically order on the app and pick it up! There have been a few times where I send my husband and he orders our subs (and cookies).I have gotten the same sub since I was about 10.And it’s a weird combo.So the last time we went they remembered my husband and wrote “wife” on my sandwich and it was something small but it showed they remembered us even if it was because of my weird sub! But we’ve always had a good experience with staff and food.Plus the cookies are always super soft and gooey!!
My wife and I both had orders and both were not filled correctly.She paid an extra $3.00 for 50% more meatballs which were left off.And I ordered a breakfast sandwich on an Italian herb and cheese and they put it on a flat bread.Decided to leave a review after the third time order instructions weren't followed.I'm not sure what the solution is here.I'd say tell employees to slow down and thoroughly read what's on the order ticket, but every time I order I'm always waiting and extra 10-15 minutes past what the app tells me will be the latest pickup time.That being said, the staff is always friendly and even though the order is incorrect its still made with care.So, I guess just please cover the importance of accuracy.
