Subway

Subs are typical for subway.
Pretty consistent.
Staff however is the most unfriendly I have ever experienced.
They never smile and it seems like you are a bother to them to make you a sub.
Lauren today was the worst.
Very rude no smile and wouldn’t even hardly look at you.
Sprinkle of veggies and when you asked for more she was annoyed.
It’s sad actually.
It has all the potential to be great being in a good location.

I love this location so much.
I work nearby.
And it’s not the food that brings me back the food is just like every other subway.
The people that work there are absolutely so friendly.
I go there on days where I’m feeling down and they always cheer me up.
It’s one of the only places where I will sit down and eat inside.
I love this subway location next to Wendy’s on the vestal parkway!

I used to love this location.
The staff was great, but the last 2 times I’ve stopped in the same girl was working (I think the name tag said Katie b) and I won’t come back to this location again.
The first time I came in I ordered a foot long spicy and asked for the pepperoni to only be on one side.
To please place the pepperoni that is supposed to be on the one half on the other side.
She just completely didn’t give me the rest of the pepperoni and also did not even put the accurate amount of salami on my sub! If I didn’t previously work at subway I wouldn’t have known, but then when I questioned that there was only 6 slices of salami on the whole sub and only 3 slices of pepperoni she said that’s how many go on it, so she lied right to my face and then slapped extra meat on a white paper and gave it to me.
The second time coming in the same girl was working and as I ask for a second to look at the menu once I have a 3.5 yr old and we are figuring out what he likes at subway she then says “when you are ready” just a minute after I asked for time to look over the menu.
Both times my subs look sloppy and not nicely put together.
I order the same sub for myself for years and I have never had someone just throw my food together the way she does.
Then to top it off, they placed the napkins that were supposed to wipe our mouth with on the garbage the can.
This location is not what it used to be.
