I have never had a more disgusting sandwich, or worse customer service from any other Subway location, the sandwich is literally going in the trash.I ordered online for delivery while I'm stuck at work, and I paid for both sliced and smashed avocado and asked for "less" dressing.The sandwich came with no avocado and was completely drenched in dressing.When I called the store, the very rude woman who answered the phone insisted that she put smashed avocado on the sandwich but told me they don't carry sliced avocado.(As you can see in the photos there is zero avocado of any kind).I asked why I was charged for something they don't even carry and reiterated that the smashed avocado was also missing and she yelled "Well what do you want me to do about it?" I told her I would like a refund since I didn't get what I paid for and she replied that she can't do a refund but she can remake the sandwich.I agreed and told her that they can deliver a new sandwich and she said that they can't redeliver and I'd have to come pick it up...if I was able to leave work I wouldn't have paid an extra $10 for delivery to begin with.She then told me to dispute the charge with my credit card and hung up, this person needs to be fired immediately.(And as a bonus, the churro was cold and chewy, it was like trying to bite into a shoe and my cookie was missing).
The only toppings I get on my sub are lettuce and pickles.Lettuce - which I’ll add - is the cheapest topping they offer and most sub places are heavy handed with it because it is cheap and fills the sub up.Not this place.I asked for EXTRA lettuce and this was what I got.The manager says “everyone’s opinion of what extra is is different”.I can confidently say that no one would think that this is extra lettuce. Edited to add: I just saw another recent review also mentioning the lack of lettuce.Glad to know it’s not only me.
Ordered on the app to pick up.They forgot my pretzel.I tried calling 4 times.Then had my mom call and someone answered.Had me come right back after I made it home.When I picked up the pretzel it probably was the one that I was supposed to get with my order.Plus the girl is closing early at 9pm when they don’t close till 10pm that it says on google.If your hours changed you need to change google.Thank you and have a nice day I will not be ordering from you guys again I will go to a different subway in Oswego seeing that we have several!
