About a year ago it would have been a 5/5 but recent years Im disappointed in the change they had to do.I get a flatbread with my sub but you can now longer get flatbread with subs now and you can only get them on subs.It's not the end of the world I know but when I ate it with normal bread all I could taste with my sub was the bread.
On February 9, 2024 at 6:20 pm, I entered this particular Subway.There was no one at the counter ready to take my order.There was a young woman at the entranceway to what looked like a back room.She was conversing with other employees and did not look at me.She then closed the door and was then out of the serving area where I stood.After waiting so long, I finally walked out. The employees need to realize that if they are inattentive to customers, this particular Subway will lose business. My inclination is to never go to this particular Subway again.I felt that I was unimportant and treated with indifference.I do not like what I experienced.
Want to give a huge shout out to the young lady working by herself on Sat.11/4 (I believe her name was Allie).The line was long, she remained calm, professional & very pleasant.She did an outstanding job making the orders & ringing everyone out.Not sure why she should be in the store alone, but she did an outstanding job!
