Order was wrong.I corrected the staff and they assured me it was the correct order.I literally pointed at the receipt and asked them to clarify how that was the same thing that they made in front of me, something I thought was for the guy ahead in line.What they gave me did not appear correct.But they stated it was in fact correct.I got home and found the wrong order not matching what I asked for.I then enjoyed my sawdust like sandwich.
The restroom had no lights! It's lucky I had a flashlight in my purse!!!! Not the best Subway to go to.
Every online order has so many issues.We just picked up ours to get home and realize the half dozen cookies weren't put in the bag, the extra meats weren't added to the subs, and avocado wasn't added to the bowl.All paid add on were left off.Literally just do not order online if you want any of your food made correctly you have to go in and watch them make it apparently! And of course they can't do any refunding through the app!
