Subway

Good and bad.
Kaitlyn is always in such a good mood and makes the best subs.
She is so kind.
There was a guy in there today as well...
dont know his name.
I was there at 1230.
This is the second time I've seen him in there and both times he has been rude.
Never smiles and makes you feel like you're bothering him.
He shouldn't be in the food service industry if he cant be pleasant.
Also...
he may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol...
dropping things, mumbling and leaning.

Today is October 10, 2020....this will come into play..
I placed my order via website for curbside pickup.
When I get to the store and call for them to bring me the food I get "I was just about to call you.
You are the first person to order curbside and our management has informed us we cannot bring the food to the vehicles due to Covid".
People were going in and out of that door and that is safer than bringing the food to a car? And I am THE FIRST person to order curbside at your store? The poor girl was just spewing lies that management was forcing her to say.
It's disgusting and I will NEVER go to this location again.

So this subway just open back up with new management and honestly, this is now my new favorite subway!! Their Italian herb and cheese bread is always cooked perfectly.
They make the best subs and is the best subway in Erie to be honest with you.
