Ordered a simple online order.Got the order the wrap had olives.Called back to ask for a new wrap.They were nasty on the phone not wanting to rectify the order but eventually agreed to.Got to the location and they demanded the old wrap back.(Which would have been fine if they told me this on the phone.) But they did not.I asked them to rectify the situation and the woman who claimed to be the Manager started screaming at me along with the young lady at the counter.All I wanted was a new wrap or at least some decent customer service
I ordered online and did a pickup in store today.Once I got home I noticed the wrap I picked up had olives on it and the person I ordered it for did not have olives on their order and cannot stand them.I called and asked for a new wrap to be made, I then asked for when I could pick it up and the associate hung up on me while I was asking. My friend went to pickup the new wrap and was told they needed the original wrap which was at home to be able to exchange it, no one told me this on the phone and my friend mentioned that to them.The associate yelled at my friend and would not give her a replacement wrap.I have been to this location before and it was fine but today the customer service was absolutely terrible.I did email subway and the owner sent an apology email back same day.
Your average Subway restaurant.Decent food, decent prices, fast and friendly staff.Plenty of off street parking.Can get busy during lunch hour, pays to call ahead if you can or get there a little before noon to beat the rush.Pass on the soda fountain as I think it could use more scheduled cleaning.I stick to bottled beverages from the cooler.
