Subway

This subway is unsanitary I don't want to be here I'm walking out.
I worked along side with the food inspection people and not pleased.
Go by me I'm not playing it's bad and ran by Arby's.
Dm me for more information.

Two of six items did not arrive with my delivery.
Considering I spent about $11 to have my order delivered (inc.
tip), you would think they would attempt to get it right.
There is no sense of using coupons if 1/3 of my order isn't delivered.
There store phone is out of order and all you can do is send a message to corporate ...which they will ignore.
Last time they screwed up, all I got was a text message with an standard apology...
No offer to refund $ or offer to make food correctly..
I am currently not able to drive, so, again, I am out of luck.
Don't bother to have anything delivered...when they screw it up, you will have to drive to the store anyway to get it fixed.

Hello world, I want to give a shout out to these three young ladies Patasia, Jenna and Makayla they were wonderfully patient with me and my family.
We knew subs, but didn't know what we wanted, not even condiments, but toasted.
We toasted all bread without the cheese bread toasted with the cheese, meat and confused the staff, but they stayed professional. We didn't know what meat we were going to get they were not like aggravated frustrated we started one told them to stop it start another.
They were very respectful they were knowledgeable about what condiments and what may taste better and what we should do with doing footlongs or 6 in.
I know it's only food but this really helped tremendously because it was dinner time and we just came from basketball practice so it was like get something quick for the kids so that they can shower and get ready for bed. They ate the subs and the subs was so delicious they said.
Thank you so much ladies. I would really love to thank these young ladies because again they were patient with all of us and they got our orders right after we gave them so much wrong LOL and they were courteous so thank you so much for being helpful Subway team members.

If y'all want friendly service Great customer service wonderful tone speaking people and people that will not get frustrated if you switch your order 10 times come here but make sure those three ladies are working LOL not saying anything wrong with the other stuff I just haven't ran across them yet.
