I am so disappointed at the lady there today.
I come 2-3 times a week and never had an issue.
I order online.
Today I was rushing and instead of ordering a bottle drink it logged a fountain drink.
She said she could not exchange it.
I said I get a bottle drink every time.
She said someone else must have been there.
I said it was you here.
She’s looking for the order.
So I looked up the price as if I’m going to make another order.
It’s the exact same price! She still would not exchange the cup for the bottle because of “inventory”.
Not sure why she was in a bad mood today.
As she’s familiar with me because I come 2-3 times a week.
But I guess I will have to drive to Rialto.
Such a shame.
I hate to write this review because I never encounter this issue before.
I even called another Subway and the manager said she would have just changed the drink for me.
I don’t know what her name is but she wouldn’t let me talk with a manager.
She said she’s “in charge today”…

There is severe cross contamination at this location, which is very concerning.
One of the workers has his mask below his chin at all times (I have gone in twice in the past few weeks and have seen this).
The meat/veggies were sloppily thrown onto my sandwich, and the counters where the sandwiches are made are not being cleaned between orders.

When in the mood for a good healthy sub, Subway offers many choices of subs to choose from.
I have always enjoyed a sub from there.
when they run the $5.00 Footlong that is more then enough reason to stop by my local Subway.
