Stubby's BBQ is a cozy gem in Hot Springs! 🍖 The atmosphere is casual and inviting, making it perfect for family outings or solo dining. I tried the sampler platter with both ribs and brisket - great choice if you want a taste of everything. The ribs were cooked to perfection, while the brisket was flavorful, albeit a bit tougher. Their loaded baked potato is definitely calling my name for my next visit!

With plenty of free parking and fast service, this women-owned spot is a must-try for BBQ lovers! 😋
