First time here.
Heard great things.
Seen the lady in back not wearing gloves making food.
The mozzarella sticks were definitely not fried but more microwaved and gummy and very small.
We didn't get the "signature" 5 large ones, we got several small ones.
A slice of cheese pizza had long dark hair in it.
The sub and fries were okay.
I was definitely disappointed with my experience today with the food.

I have been to this location a couple of different times far in between.
The staff isn’t always the same but each time but the ones that were working were friendly and had great customer service.
The food was on point.
Atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing.

Honestly love the food and atmosphere, I come regularly.
But the past few orders I’ve made have either had mistakes happen or someone was just plain rude.
The past three online orders I’ve made have each had an issue that employees make sure to point out are my fault. 1) My tip didn’t actually go to them from the online order, it just goes to the owner and they don’t see it.
When I asked if I could talk to a manager and make sure my online tip was refunded, I was told it wouldn’t even be charged (it was) 2) More than once they’ve combined random items ordered together.
For example, today I ordered a spaghetti for my vegetarian friend, pizza for myself, and a side meatball to go on my own pizza slices.
Ordered it on the side and it showed up on the pasta- then I was told I made the mistake by not noting that the meatball was meant as a side in the order notes.
How was I supposed to know?? Same thing has happened with different peoples pizza slices being boxed together and another time with desserts being bagged with garlic bread? I like the food, but I’m scared that if I don’t order in person it won’t be right the first time, and will again be my fault.
I order online because I’m disabled and getting out of the car can be a big hassle, and this is the only restaurant I regularly have problems with.
