I visited Steak 'n Shake on Reynolds Rd with high expectations, but it didn’t quite deliver.

When we arrived, we had to figure out the kiosk ordering system, which was a bit confusing. After a 20-minute wait for our food, we received delicious fries, but the burgers were disappointingly thin and the buns a bit dry. 🍔

The place felt dirty, with slippery floors and tables that needed cleaning. I appreciated the manager's help in navigating the ordering process, yet overall, it lacked the warmth of a traditional diner experience. I might think twice before returning...
