STACK Dim Sum Bar is a charming spot nestled away from the bustling streets of Edinburgh. I recently visited for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the delightful ambiance. The Char Siu Bun was light and fluffy, bursting with flavor, while the Vietnamese spring rolls were fresh and crispy!

The Slow Braised Chicken Claw in Black Bean sauce was a revelation - very tender and packed with umami. Service was quick, and the cozy setting made it perfect for a leisurely meal. Reasonable prices too! Will definitely return soon... 🥢
