Spotted Donkey Cantina offers a pleasant atmosphere for a casual meal. The outdoor seating was lovely, and I enjoyed the fresh air while savoring their chicken chimichanga, which was a standout dish! The crisp chips and salsa were a great start, while the churros stole the show - piping hot and deliciously dusted in cinnamon.

Despite a few hiccups with service, the El Pedregal Margarita was refreshing and worth recommending. Overall, it’s a nice spot if you're in the area, but maybe temper your expectations on authenticity... 🌮
