Soul & Sea Cafe & Carryout is a delightful little gem tucked away on Virginia Beach Blvd. 🌟 I had my first experience here and was warmly greeted by the owners, who truly treat you like family. The fried catfish was a standout; crispy and flavorful, I could’ve eaten seconds! The collard greens and potato salad complemented the meal perfectly, and don't skip the dinner roll.

While I wasn't a fan of the shrimp - wishing for a homemade batter - the vibe and service made me forget that. It's casual, cozy, and just what I needed for some comfort food! Can't wait to go back! 😊
