Sosaku is a cozy Japanese spot that offers a decent selection of sushi and small plates. I loved their spicy shrimp rolls - definitely a standout! 🍤 While the service was friendly and quick, I found the gyoza a tad hard and the chicken tempura a bit bland without sauce. The miso soup could use more flavor as well.

Though I’d recommend the rolls, I’d rethink the bubble tea; it tasted off, and the staff handling made me uneasy. Overall, it’s a nice local option for a quick bite but could use some improvements! 🍣
