September 17, 2024I recently visited Sonic Drive-In on Pawnee St for a quick dinner, aiming for their $1.99 double quarter pound cheeseburger. 🥤 The food came out fast, but sadly, my order was incorrect - had pickles instead of no pickles. My husband’s burger was also a repeat offender with mayo, despite the request for no mayo with ketchup and mustard.
While the staff tried to fix the issues, customer service felt a bit off, with some miscommunication. I appreciate the quick service, but it seems there’s room for improvement on accuracy and friendliness. Will likely try a different location next time... 🍔
