Fast food restaurant
I dont normally care to write reviews on places, especially negative ones, but this Sonic location has been impressively bad. I've been there about a dozen times since I live close and do enjoy Sonics food, but every time they mess up my order in some way.It can range from not making my burger right, giving me the wrong items, to handing me someone else's order.I made an online order thinking it'd make it easier and less likely for them to mess up, but it actually made it worse.I pulled up to the drive threw, said I made an online order, gave them my name, and was told to pull forward, easy.At the window, they have no idea what my order is, I had to repeat it to them three times, tell them twice it was an online order, and they still handed me the wrong items.At that point, I've waited long enough in line, and dont want to deal with them anymore, so I just take the items and go.At least what I got was more expensive than what I paid for.Maybe it was because it was 4/20 and they were high af, idk but after all the other times they have messed my order it aint worth going there anymore.

Ordered a sonic Reese’s blast with extra Reese’s, paid additional for the extra item that was not added.All the Reese’s pieces were added on the top and in all honesty was not a lot.I’m normally not one to complain or give very low ratings on services industries, but this Sonic location has been by far the worst one in Omaha.Very poor customer service, extra charge without giving the add ons that are paid for and just seems to have a poor lack awareness for customer concerns.If I were the GM, I’d definitely have a switch around on employees on that location.Just really unfortunate, I understand how working FF isn’t the best as I’ve worked in the industry myself when I was younger, but I definitely did have a different mindset knowing that trying to do a little extra would always change the scenario and attitude of customers that approach the window.

Absolutely horrible, they made all of our food wrong.They didn't even mix up the drinks.I got a cream slush and had to throw away without even being able to take a drink because it was so full.I was unable to mix it myself.And it spilled everywhere in my car.Looks so dirty now & the staff is awful disgusting ppl! May please remodels and hire good ppl or close. I would give 0 stars.
