If you're looking for a solid breakfast spot in Bend, Sol Verde won't disappoint! I stopped by after a morning pickleball game and tried the Carne Adovada burrito - pork simmered in red sauce with eggs and potatoes. It was absolutely delicious, generous in size, and bursting with flavor.

The outdoor seating gave it a nice vibe, perfect for casual dining. The staff were genuinely friendly and made the experience enjoyable. Planning to return soon to explore their lunch offerings! 🌯
