So Thai is a hidden gem on Spenard Rd in Anchorage! Their Tom Yum soup is absolutely delightful, and the Pad Thai is some of the best I’ve ever had. The restaurant offers a cosy, casual atmosphere perfect for solo dining or groups. Wheelchair-accessible with plenty of free parking is a big plus. Don’t miss trying their vegan options and the refreshing Thai iced coffee. A must-visit! 🌟
